In the early years, Delta’s resources were devoted to producing Writing Instruments that emulated popular pen models from the 1920s and 30s.  Delta’s use of Celluloid, Ebonite, and Precious Metals elevated their international status among the world’s best
pen makers. 

Delta reintroduced the Lateral Lever-Filling System because it enables writing instrument aficionados everywhere to fill their pen without removing the nib section or blind cap. Delta’s lateral-lever system is reserved solely for their Celebration and Special Limited Edition Fountain Pens.  Delta’s award-winning designers and pen makers bring generations of experience to create prized Writing Instruments for the world’s most demanding writers and collectors.  All aspects of manufacturing including design, hand-casting, hand-turning, hand-assembly, and polishing are completed and shipped worldwide from their state-of-the-art facility on the beautiful Italian coast. 

Delta maintains the highest standards of craftsmanship and design where artisans create some the world’s most distin ctive Writing Instruments.  The Dolcevita Collection continues to expand.   There are now almost 40 styles of Dolcevita Writing Instruments to accommodate just about everybody.

Delta produces some of the world’s most memorable and coveted Limited Edition Pens. They celebrate historical legends, sporting monuments as well as historical figures and works of art, literature and architecture. Delta was the first penmaker to utilize Carbon Fiber and Titanium in Writing Instruments. (Extrema 1992)  Delta recently introduced The Ainu, which is the 7th Collection in their coveted Indigenous Peoples Series. Late 2006 saw the brilliant introduction of Delta’s Peace Pen. These are crafted from a solid block of hand-made acrylic resin that features anamorphic golden swirls. Peace is available now, just when the world needs it the most.

Delta’s Papillion (butterfly) collection ranges in price from a hand-made acrylic resin version, all the way up to a spectacular Celebration Set.  Delta will introduce phenomenal new collections in 2007, including the exciting We (What else) Collection. We offer something that no other pen has ever offered before… Luck!  “We” is Italian slang for “What is it?” and is used whenever there is a pleasant surprise. There will be many versions of this bold new idea. Also new this year is a bold, new tribute to the life and works of Giacomo Puccini.
